How do you clean them?
Worried about cleaning? If you are using them to propagate plants we recommend you rinse them out with cool water weekly.
If you forget to rinse for a while and a layer of residue has formed—Here's our secret: Pour in half a teaspoon (approximately) of Hydrogen Peroxide and let it rest in their with the plants for 24 hours. Then wash out the liquid and refill with fresh water. Voila!
We recommend taking out your plant cuttings no later then a month so the roots don't get stuck inside. Some mushrooms have bigger openings than others. Happy Propagating!

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times: United States: 5–12 business days. International: 7–21 business days.
Order tracking

Damages, delays & lost packages
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can replace or refund your order promptly. While we cannot be held responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we will help you locate or resolve the issue.

Easy Returns
We accept returns for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Please contact our support team at plantcubbyshop@gmail.com before sending any return. We’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Important:
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
