Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping costs & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times: United States: 5–12 business days. International: 7–21 business days.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at plantcubbyshop@gmail.com.
Packaging & sustainability
We use secure, minimal, and recyclable packaging whenever possible to protect your items and reduce waste.
Damages, delays & lost packages
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can replace or refund your order promptly. While we cannot be held responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we will help you locate or resolve the issue.

Easy Returns
Easy Returns
We accept returns for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Please contact our support team at plantcubbyshop@gmail.com before sending any return. We’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Important:
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Custom or special-order items may also be excluded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
